How this started
This little houseboat is where my Airbnb journey began. Very quickly I understood that I needed advice from local hosts and vendors in the area. I searched for a local host meeting and couldn't find one. So with my years of experience in making connections I started a host and vendor meeting.
Where I am going.
After the very 1st meeting it was apparent that local hosts and vendors were having the same problem as me. They couldn't find each other for help. With this in mind I began the vendor directory. I also learned the hosts wanted a co-host to help but didn't want to pay inflated rates of 20%. And I don't blame them. My next task was creating a flat fee co-host service. And in the meantime I'm opening my 2nd Airbnb and running the Ghost tours.
